Garages and Sheds

Need more storage space?
Our desire is to build these structures to match existing dwelling(s) (I.E. Enhance your home or business).  Here are some examples.

This garage was built using the approximate same roof pitch with siding, shutters, exterior light and shingles all the same as on the home.

This is a four wall shed built under the roof of a joining carport. The four wall application allows for a breeze way between the home and shed. The accents (cable facade, columns and horizontal siding) make this shed look like it belongs. As we oversaw this entire multi faceted enhancement project, we installed underground electrical and plumbing into the shed to allow water softener to be installed outside the home while still being protected.

This shed is attached to the home to save cost with out compromising utility, beauty and access.

This 15X24 Garage is attached to home, ties into raised deck and provides support for adjoining carport. Looking at the completed enhancements to this home is an example of the benefits of designing and entire site from the beginning.

Note: On sheds we typically use small windows placed up high.  These allow light and ventilation while not allowing people to see inside. By being high and small, this makes unwanted entry difficult and to that end windows can be left open for ventilation most of the time as they are protected from rain by the over hang of the roof.
